Usage Notes:
Use the plugin provided by Beautiful Cities of Morrowind if you're using that mod as well.
Download the Sload and Slavers file and extract its Data Files folder. Also, download the Sload and Slavers Upscaled Textures file and extract its contents into a folder you create named Upscaled Textures.
