This mod adds a second floor office and a questline to the East Empire Company Hall in Ebonheart. This mod has eight quests that are mostly speechcraft-based. If you perform well and make the best business decisions, you may be rewarded with a (very nice) office that could work as a small player home at the Company Hall.
