Usage Notes:

Create two folders: main and alt-lougian. Place the plugin into the main directory and extract the contents of Extras/Lougian Bump Maps/Alternate Ministry from the file into the alt-lougian directory.

The Meteorite Ministry Palace - Higher.ESP and Meteorite Ministry Temple - Higher.ESP plugins are dirty but will be auto-cleaned by Delta Plugin (click to expand/collapse):
