In the center of the Abecean sea, often called the Crosswaters, lies the island of the great abyss. A large crater in which no one can see the bottom. A settlement was built on the ridges of the island as a joint operation between Cryodiil, and the Summerset Isles. Craterhold would be its name. Every year, the island would attract sailors and other such adventurers to come see the great Abyss, some of which would venture it's depths. Hoping to uncover its secrets and riches. But few would ever return. For the Abyss, is cursed...
