This mod has conflicts with Graphic Herbalism, you need to make sure you load it after City of Balmora or else certain plants will lose their Graphic Herbalism functionality. The CFG Generator does not currently fix this for you, so beware!
It also adds a very large amount of content, so depending on how many mesh and texture replacers you use it may have a noticeable impact on performance in Balmora and the general vicinity. Using
