Download the Beautiful Cities of Morrowind - BCOM Core and Beautiful Cities of Morrowind - Patches files.

The 02 GITD + Atlas and 03 Balmora Bridghes with bigger arch - Atlas folders are inside the 04 Project Atlas and GiTD Patches folder of the Beautiful Cities of Morrowind - BCOM Core file.

Note that you will need to rename the 04 Suran dock epansion&clutter addon folder path to remove the & it contains - for example to 04 Suran dock epansionANDclutter addon.
