Usage Notes:
Download the Full Cephalopod version.
You only need the data path. A replacement plugin for the mod was provided earlier in the list by Beautiful Cities of Morrowind.
Note that Delta Plugin is required for this to function properly! Using it will be one of the last steps of the modlist.
