The README mentions that tweaks need to be made to cloud speed (or else they move *really* fast!), see below for those....

Use the contents of the Skies - .IV folder in the zip file. Read the included Readme.txt file for information on the available installation choices.

Below are the values that need to be changed and their default settings:

You can paste these just after the last fallback= line in your openmw.cfg file.
