Makes distant land more responsive to quest progress. Great House strongholds do not appear in the distance at game start, and the whole Ghostfence vanishes at the end of the main quest.

Usage Notes:
Note that the Ghostgate plugin will conflict with Beautiful Cities of Morrowind; you'll have some duplicate fence in the immediate Ghostgate area. A compatibility patch will be provided later in the modlist.
