The Concept Art Palace mod is an attempt to bring the Vivec palace closer to the original Kirkbride's concept art.

This requires OAAB_Data and Velothi Wall Art

As of 2021-04-18 there is an OpenMW bug that causes the default version's flames to be missing. The smaller flames version seems to work fine.
