C:\games\OpenMWMods\ObjectsClutter\Salts\hi-res-glowmaps\Data files
Usage Notes:

Download both the main Salts file, and also the optional Hi-res glowmaps file. Extract the contents of each file, respectively, into the main and Hi-res glowmaps contents folders created by the folder deploy script.
