This is Vurts Groundcover patched to work with OpenMW. Everything is included. You do not need the original mod. I did not create these textures or meshes. All I did is add the no collision flag to each of the 40 meshes.

Note:

This is what I did to each mesh one by one:

  1. Open NifSkope
  2. open mesh
  3. Click NiNode
  4. Under Block Details (bottom left), Click the + next to ExtraData -> NiS... -> NiStringExtraData
  5. Under Block Details, double click the blank value column next to String Data and type NOC
  6. Save mesh
    1. ALL CREDITS GO TO VURT FOR CREATING THIS EPIC MOD.

NOTE: As of 2021-01-27 a 0.47 unreleased build is required to use this without a significant FPS hit!

NOTE: If you're following the Total Overhaul or Graphics Overhaul lists, only activate the Vurt's Groundcover - Reeds.esp plugin.

There are conflicts in the Grazelands: The path leading to Nil-Ruhn has floating grass above it, so keep that in mind if you also use that mod.

Add this to your openmw.cfg:
